To ensure cultural resources, archaeological sites, and historic places are identified and protected and Tribal governments are fully informed of proposed projects.

Capital projects using funds appropriated in the State's biennial Capital Budget.

Follow directions from the State Grant Manager of the respective state agency.

Result of consultation efforts and on-site archaeological survey.

State agency that is granting funds.
How long is my requirement valid?
Dependent upon funding agreement.
What is the appeal process for the requirement?
If there is a dispute that cannot be resolved by the state agency, appeals are made to the Office of Financial Management.
Notes / Comments:
There is no set application for Executive Order 21-02 Compliance, but some state agencies use the EZ1 Project Review Sheet.
