What is the purpose of this permit?

Where the application is for a special permit to consume liquor on the premises of a business not licensed under this title, a special permit to purchase liquor for consumption thereon for such periods of time and to such applicants as may be fixed by the board. RCW 66.20.010 (4)

To allow alcohol on premises of businesses not licensed under RCW 66.24. Not all businesses qualify, must not be open to the public.

$500.00 permit. $500.00 renewal 6/30 annually. Hard copy only available printed off our website.

How long will it take to review my application?

30 to 45 days from beginning to end. This permit requires additional documents from applicants, therefore can take longer depending on applicant reponse time.

How long is my permit valid?

Good until the following June 30th after your permit gets issued, and then you will need to renew for the following year every June 30th.
