What is the purpose of this program?
The purpose of the Air Quality Registration Program is to develop and maintain a current and accurate record of air contaminant sources. Information collected through the registration program is used to evaluate the effectiveness of air pollution control strategies and to verify source compliance with applicable air pollution regulations.

How much will this program cost?

When making the decision on your registration, Ecology will consider the applicable laws and rules, the contents of your emissions inventory forms, and the background environmental conditions.
How long will it take to review my application?
Processing time will depend on the completeness of the forms and at what point in the cycle the forms are received. Please contact the appropriate Ecology region or local clean air agency for help.

How long is my program valid?
Once a business is registered, it will remain in the program until it closes or is removed by regulatory change.
