What is the Purpose of this Permit?
A class 11 permit allows a bed and breakfast lodging facility to serve beer or wine without charge to overnight guests, for consumption on the premises. A bed and breakfast lodging facility is defined as a hotel or similar facility, offering from one to eight lodging units and breakfast to travelers or guests. RCW 66.20.010 (11)

$75.00 permit. $75.00 renewal 6/30 annually. Hard copy application only available printed off our website.

Do I Need to Include Anything with my Application?

How Long Will it Take to Review my Application?
30 to 45 days from beginning to end. This permit requires additional documents from applicants, therefore can take longer depending on applicant response time.

How Long is my Permit Valid?
Good until the following June 30th after your permit gets issued, and then you will need to renew for the following year every June 30th.
Permit Timeliness Results

Permit Timeliness data collection is in response to a State Auditor’s Performance Audit and RCW 43.42A. Each regulatory agency developed a plan to improve permit clarity, predictability, and timeliness. Each agency considers the customers experience to ensure permit assistance is simple to use, easy to access, and designed in a customer-friendly manner. Agencies report progress to the Governor’s Office for Regulatory Innovation and Assistance (ORIA). ORIA prepares and distributes reports, with participation from the State Auditor’s Office and Results Washington.
